Be honest
Use your real age and give true information about your relationship intent. Do not impersonate another person, hide a harmful purpose, or use fake photos.
Protect privacy
Do not share another member's messages, photos, identity, location, or private answers without clear permission. Do not pressure anyone to move off the app.
Meet with care
We encourage first meets in public places. Tell a trusted person your plan, arrange your own way home, and leave whenever you want.
Never allowed
Harassment, threats, coercion, stalking, hate, scams, blackmail, violence, impersonation, pressure for explicit images, paid sexual services, and any sexual contact or content involving minors are not allowed.
Report a concern
Use the report and block tools when you can. You may also email team@humanlymutual.com. A human reviews safety reports and account actions. Humanly Mutual is not an emergency service. Call 911 or local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
