Humanly Mutual helps people share their values, set a clear pace, receive curated introductions, plan safer first meets, and reflect after a date. The first group is small so each application and introduction can get human care.
We do not promise a match, a date, safety, truthfulness, compatibility, or a relationship result. Mutual Clarity and Mutual Vision are conversation tools. They are not contracts, identity checks, or proof of consent.
You choose what to share and whether to meet someone. Respect each person's pace, privacy, and right to say no. Follow the community guidelines. Use public places and your own good judgment when meeting.
Do not harass, threaten, coerce, impersonate, scam, stalk, or pressure anyone. Do not ask for sexual images after a person says no. Do not use the service for paid sexual services, illegal acts, or contact with minors.
You may report or block another member. A human reviews reports and account actions. We may pause, limit, or end access when needed to protect people, enforce these rules, or meet the law.
Our Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Data Access and Deletion Policy explain what we collect and how long we keep it.
Humanly Mutual does not take payment at launch. We will show and ask you to accept any future price before a charge can happen.
We may change or pause the service. We may also update these terms. If a change matters to your rights, we will give clear notice before it applies when the law requires it.
These terms follow the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Questions may be sent to team@humanlymutual.com.
