Help and support

Start with clarity, then move slowly.

Humanly Mutual is built for verified adults who want clearer expectations, stronger privacy, and safer real-world connection. The fastest path is to try the member demo, use Clarity Cards, and apply for private beta only when the safety posture feels right.

The fastest path

Use the public package in this order when reviewing Humanly Mutual before domain purchase or live provider setup.

  1. Open the member demo

Review the core trust loop: profile posture, Mutual Clarity, Date Safety Plan, privacy controls, and message nudges.

  2. Try Clarity Cards

Use the prompts as the shareable utility that can spread before a full app exists.

  3. Apply locally

The beta form saves a browser-local draft only. Real collection waits for provider and privacy approval.

How do I restart onboarding?

Open the Member Demo and choose Start Guided Tour. The tour uses local browser state only and can be restarted anytime.

What should I review before joining beta?

Read Safety, Privacy, Community Guidelines, and Pricing Preview. The beta should be small, manually reviewed, and one-city focused before public launch.

What happens to local beta drafts?

They stay in this browser's local storage until downloaded or cleared. The current package does not send email, call a form provider, or store applications on a server.

What is not ready yet?

Legal review, identity verification vendor setup, real waitlist storage, analytics, hosted deployment, domain purchase, and payment acceptance remain approval-gated.
